The corresponding UDP entry is Reserved rather than assigned. It is a storage-management agent, so it belongs to a managed data-center estate; Nmap sees the port open on about 0.03% of scanned hosts.

A storage-replication control agent can quiesce applications and manipulate array copies. It should only be reachable from its management server on an internal network.
