No IANA assignment; nothing well-known listens here by default.
IANA has no entry for 10566, and Nmap's service database lists it as unknown, open on about 0.04% of scanned hosts. No widely deployed project uses it as a default. Treat an open 10566 as an unidentified application port and fingerprint it directly.
Expose with care
An unidentified listener should not be assumed safe. Find the owning process, then decide.
