## DESCRIPTION

Port 1310 is registered on TCP and UDP as husky ("Husky"), assigned to Mark Zang. There is no published protocol specification and no current product documentation identifying what spoke on it. "Husky" is also the name of an unrelated Fidonet software family and of a popular Git-hooks tool, neither of which listens on a network port — a good reminder that a registry name is not an identification.
