IANA-registered to Syncsort/Catalogic Backup Express as its restore server port.
IANA assigns 15660 as bex-xr, "Backup Express Restore Server", to Catalogic Software (the product line that began as Syncsort Backup Express and is now DPX). It appears on hosts running that backup agent or server, alongside the product's other ports. Outside that product the number has no widely documented use, and it is rare on internet-wide scans.
