The companion "key shadow" port of Sassafras KeyServer, registered alongside 19283.
IANA registers 19315 as keyshadow, "Key Shadow for SASSAFRAS", to the same assignee as 19283 (keysrvr). It belongs to the Sassafras KeyServer license-management system and appears on the same hosts, so finding one usually means finding the other. Outside that product the number has no documented use.
Do not expose
Same reasoning as 19283: part of an internal license-management fabric that managed clients trust implicitly. Keep it inside.
