IANA registers 1947 as sentinelsrm. The Sentinel LDK Run-time Environment's license manager service (hasplms, formerly HASP) listens here for TCP and UDP, hands out network licenses to clients, and serves the Admin Control Center, which Thales documents as http://<machine_name or ip_address>:1947. It appears on engineering and CAD workstations, license servers, and industrial or lab PCs, usually installed as a silent dependency of some vendor's protected application rather than deliberately.

This is an admin plane: the Admin Control Center exposes license and host configuration over unauthenticated-by-default HTTP, and the run-time environment has a long history of vendor and ICS advisories — keep it on the LAN behind a firewall rule.
