Registered to a Texas Instruments 914C/G terminal; museum-grade, never seen live.
IANA registers port 211 for the Texas Instruments 914C/G Terminal, under both the legacy name 914c/g and the well-formed replacement 914c-g. It served a specific TI terminal product and has no specification or implementation in circulation. The entry survives in /etc/services, so a scan of an open 211 will print that name with no basis. Identify the real listener; it will be something else entirely.
Expose with care
The registered service does not exist in practice, so an open 211 is an unidentified listener.
