The second half of the pn-requester registration, and just as undocumented as the first.
IANA registers 2718 as pn-requester2, "PN REQUESTER 2", the companion to 2717. As with 2717 there is no public specification or named implementation; unlike 2717, it is also rare in scan data. If you find it listening, the only honest identification is the local process behind it.
