## DESCRIPTION

IANA registers 3828 as neteh, "Netadmin Systems Event Handler", with 3829 registered as neteh-ext for its external variant. It carries events inside Netadmin Systems' operations-support platform for fibre and broadband operators — alarms and state changes moving between the suite's components. Like the rest of that block it has no published wire protocol and appears only where the product is deployed.
