Unassigned by IANA and unnamed by scanners; one of the quietest ports in Nmap's default set.
41511 has no IANA assignment and no entry name in Nmap's service database beyond "unknown", with an open frequency around 0.02%. Anything found listening was configured deliberately by whoever runs the host. It is also inside the Linux default ephemeral range, so transient client sockets appear on it by chance.
