No assignment and no standard service; in practice the second port in a 50000-based block.
50001 has no IANA registration — the registry ends at 49151 and RFC 6335 closes everything above to assignment — and Nmap's service database lists it as unknown. Where it does appear, it is usually the next number after a deliberately chosen 50000: a second Db2 instance, a second application listener, or a container publishing a small block of ports. Nothing about the number implies a protocol.
Expose with care
Identify the service first. If it turns out to be a database or admin listener next to a 50000 sibling, treat it as never.
