55055 has no IANA registration, as RFC 6335 bars assignments above 49151. Nmap's nmap-services marks it "unknown" at 0.000228 and carries its immediate neighbour 55056 at 0.000304 — adjacent numbers with comparable frequencies, though no public source identifies what binds either. SANS ISC lists no service name and no CVE links for it. There is nothing further to say that would be true.
