Unregistered high port listed by Nmap on both TCP and UDP, with no service behind either.
61532 sits above the IANA assignable range, so RFC 6335 guarantees there is no registration to find. Nmap's nmap-services has two rows for it, TCP at 0.000304 and UDP at 0.001004, both labelled "unknown". SANS ISC tracks scans against it and lists no service, no name, and no CVEs. There is no honest way to make this entry longer.
