Registered to IANA as "DLIP" — an undated legacy assignment with no published protocol.
IANA lists 7201/tcp and 7201/udp as dlip, "DLIP", with an individual assignee and no reference document, registration date, or assignment notes. There is no public specification or known implementation to point at. Nmap carries the same name with a very low open-frequency. Like its neighbour 7200, an open 7201 in the wild should be identified from the host, not inferred from the registry name.
